Rules of Order is a dystopian novel that tells the story of Harvey Crowe, an activist who works to inform people that their home, a colossal high-rise building (and the only habitable space in their wrecked city) could collapse due to negligence and greed. With few people hearing his message, his efforts become more desperate as he works against a ticking clock.
