Jack, a lost senior in high school suffering from alcoholism, Bipolar, and anorexia, has always been an outcast and without friends. He’s a writer, but knows he’ll never have a shot at it. At the start of the year, he finally meets a girl who introduces him to new people. Then he meets Ava, another girl with Bipolar whom he secretly falls in love with but can never have. Over the course of the year, he discovers what it means to be accepted, to be in love, and to finally love himself.
