The Chinese play the long game and for one General with visions of a One China World Power…he has been secretly making it happen. Little by little, over the last few decades, this General, acting on his own, has smuggled nuclear devices into the United States. The plan starts to unravel after a fire in a small San Francisco Chinese eatery. A grizzled firefighter with a disregard for authorities becomes curious and starts his own investigation.
